Here I am--just relaxing in my box.
"Look what we got you!" they said. I sniffed, but it wasn't a real mouse. Another OSJL mouse! (If you can figure out what OSJL stands for, I'll give you a big cyber hug--which I don't do that often, since I'm too busy sleeping.)

What a cutie! Also like the name of the blog. :-)
I ignore most of my new toys that mom buys me. I appreciate the thought but not the gift. maybe in a year or so.

We'll never guess what OSJL stands for...We'd have hoped there would be an "N" in there for NIP! :-D
In December, my wife and I got our first cat since 1971 (we're more dog people), and are very much enjoying him (I blog about him from time to time if you're interested). One problem we have though is that he will only play with mice that have real fur, but we feel badly buying them. I guess we'll knuckle under though for our little Brewsky.
We saw your mom, Margaret today, did she tell you? She came by to visit us and we thought that was just the sweetest thing ever! Then we wanted to make sure and thank her again and we found YOU, CatMandu -- wow, what luck! We think you are just beautiful and we really love that sailboat you have! We've decided to follow you to see what voyage you take :D
OSJL mouse? Mmm... wud it stand for Old Silly Juicy Licky mouse??? Do we get our hug now???

Fake mice can't be fun....they just sit there!
Cats and kids. Give them a cardboard box and they can stay entertained for hours. And it's cheap too! :-)
Take care and have a great weekend :-)

MMMmmmmm......OSJL.....One Sucky Jangly Lemming?? (sorry, that was really hard!)
I like your box though!
From a cute kitten x
Ocean State Job Lot They have nice mice.
Oh, No!! The Bulldog guessed it. I told Mom not to do this. Didn't she know that all a person has to do is tell Google to "OSJL" and they will know!?!?! (It's a place where she picks up cheap mice.) Don't get me wrong. I do not like to eat real mice. I just play with them. No mice were ever hurt by me in the making of this mouse post.
Fuzzy hugs to the Bulldog!! There. That's it for hugs for today!
Mandu
We guessed maybe the OS stands for Only Stuffed, but we can't figure out the rest!
OSJL----Is Ocean State Job Lot
Mandu I know that you are a guy but this weather has gotten me down and I could use a hug
Your friend, Marco
OK, Marco. A great big fuzzy hug for you--but only if you come over and build a nice Iceman for me to see from my window.
(To those of you visiting from warm climates--all of our deep snow has turned to shiny ice, so we can't make snowmen any more!)
Mandu
Guys -- this is Bugs here, by the way -- tell your humans to quit it with the toys already. Things have got so bad at my house, my human is having a yard sale. When -- if -- it ever gets warmer. I keep trying to explain that OSJL or no OSJL, she is just going to have to do better with the toys. Check this out:

Going back to sleep now. Mandu, over n out.
Bugs.
You're looking so regal my friend!
Fake mousies are only fun for awhile...you gotta have the real thing!! (Like we would know...we've never seen a live mousie!!)
Carton boxes are the best houses for cats and fake mousies are not that bad. At least Rosie loves them and still puts them in her water bowl.
Now that's what we call a box!
And Jonny would really like that mousie...well, for a while anyway.
You do look comfy in your box. We have no idea what the initials stand for!
Nubbin wiggles,
Oskar
That box beats all the toy mousies ever. Oh yes, I really dig your pirated ship. That beats toy mousies too.

Hi Mandu, your yoomen came by and visited my yoomen's blog, Thanks to her. My yoomen had a cat called Katmandu, Mandu for short. He came from West Africa (I come from North Africa, live in South Africa for now and will move to East Africa in a few months - how's that for a well-travelled cat?) Poor Mandu died long before I came onto the scene. Please ask your yoomen to take you back to my yoomens blog and check under the labels: Animal Tails for more on Mandu. I love fake mice. No real mice in our SA house. We are six cats here so no self-respecting mouse would visit here. Have a purring good day in that lovely box of yours. Shadow Hedges (Previously Sudan, North Africa, presently Bloemfontein, South Africa and soon Kenya, East Africa!) Sorry to repeat it but I cannot wait to join my yoomens in East Africa! *Purrr.*
You are really adorable~!
OMG< this kitty looks like a long-haired version of my Gabe! You can see his pic here on my blog enjoying his new Crater Dot:

Your cat Mandu is a beauty, has the same colour as Pim. Is it a Persian cat? Pim is a British Shorthair. I like your other blogs too, you travel and are creative. Interesting.
Hello Mandu! hope you have a lovely Sunday! I love boxes and bags too! Rio
