Remembering Mandu, the Princess. 1992-2009
My Mom says--Mandu, the girl before me was very special. She was the runt of the litter and never got too big. When she was 3 years old, she became very ill and spent the next 13 1/2 years on a special diet. She was very shy and would hide under the bed when visitors came. She really liked to fetch a small, soft ball. Her record fetching the ball was 83 times in a row. She also liked to ride around the house in a little wagon. She would sit tall and regal, enjoying every minute of the ride. If the wagon stopped, she would tap a wheel with her paw to try to get it going again. Her special talent was to alert Mom in the middle of the night if Dad's medical equipment stopped working. She would run to where Mom was sleeping, hop up on her chest, and start massaging her neck vigorously until Mom woke up to alert Dad. (She had a bad side, however. She could swear like a sailor, if you tried to trim her toenails.)

Mandu sounds like one very special girl
Awww, she sounds like she was a very special ladycat, one who is deeply missed. We're sending you all purrs and healing Light.
Oh what a Beauty she was. I know your pain as I lost 4 kitties last year. They are all so special in their own way.
Here's to making new memories with our other sweet babies. All my kitties make me smile everyday..especially Marley.
Have a great friday tomorrow.
Princess Mandu was such a gorgeous girl and we know you guys miss her so much...She sounds very special, we love that she played fetch with your parents (Sukki does that too!) and the wagon story is wonderful=what a smart girl to tap the wheel!...And how priceless that she would wake your Mom when your Dad needed help with his medical equipment...To our Mommy, there are no words of comfort over the loss of someone we love so much but these: Love never dies...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
RIP special Mandu!
She sounds like she was a very special girl indeed xxxx
We like to remember, but the present Mandu is even more special!
Margaret
She sounds very sweet. We knows you will all meet at the bridge some day.
