Prelude to Number 10 (Meet My Box-Loving Friends)

Orphaned at 10 days old.
So sad.......
No mom or dad. (They were involved in a crime. I can't say more.)
Nice lady named Shreve found him and took care of him. (What a nice lady!) With her constant care, he has grown into a very nice and respectable boy.

This will be one of those "don't try this at home" stories. It takes a very special person to be a Mom to this boy.

Dad gummit, I get behind in following you! (Blame it on the Blogspot-WordPress gap.) Glad to be dropping by belatedly, anyway. Wanting to know more about this story -- having my own "issues" with my boy Bugsie at the moment -- will he grow out of them? Still waiting.

Maybe more to the point -- will *I* grow out of them! Definitely still waiting for that -- 62 years & counting. Doesn't look good.
